General Warranty Terms for Ironman4x4 Poland: (Click to open)
We offer a 4-year unlimited mileage warranty on all products in our range.
The warranty covers material and technological defects and does not, under any circumstances, apply to mechanical damage.
The warranty is valid only with proof of purchase and a warranty card stamped by the seller.
The warranty on suspension components applies only when parts on the entire axle are replaced.
In case of a defect, a damage report must be submitted within 5 days of its detection at the point of purchase/installation.
The validity of the warranty claim will be determined within 7 days.
If the claim is accepted, the product will be replaced with a defect-free one within 14 days.
The warranty will not be considered if the buyer does not provide the necessary documents explaining the reason for the claim.
The warranty may be rejected if the vehicle lacks factory bump stops or other components limiting wheel travel.
The seller does not cover the costs of returning or replacing the product unless otherwise agreed upon by the seller and buyer.

* – components or parts purchased outside the official distribution network
* – components or parts installed outside of authorized service stations
* – components or parts damaged due to incorrect installation
* – components or parts damaged due to faulty suspension (applies to individual suspension components)
* – components or parts damaged due to the reuse of damaged mounting elements
* – components modified by the buyer without prior notification to the seller (e.g., color changes)
* – installation of Ironman4x4 products with products from manufacturers not authorized by Ironman4x4
